Default Iam new to Guild Wars and have some Basic pvp questions

I have not tried or competed in Guild Wars BWE's , i have just recently started to get into the game. I have done as much reading as possible but I want to get some peeps opinions on things

THe main thing I was wondering is, in Guild wars are the classes balanced?
I know in other MMORPG i played, they are not all balanced, and its allways best to take one class over the next.

also, I was wondering how much grinding it takes to get to lvl 20

I play wow now, and the amount of grinding it takes and the amount of pve grinding it takes to hit 60 then complete places like Molten core which are 5 day dungeons its disgusting..

k not trying to sound rude here but this goes to all new members, please try and search through the threads before posting a new one because this question, among many others has been answered 100+ tim es on this board. anyways to answer your quetioned its the most balanced game ive ever played before, and theres practically no grind to get to level 20, if you play WoW youre probably used to 8+ hours a day....well this a whole different thing entirely, in my 2 BWE's in which i only played like 1 full day i got to level 13-14, i prolly coulda made 20 but i was haveing to much fun exploreing every area and not completeing all the quests, for casual players it will prolly take a week, maybe 2 to cap.

I play WoW aswell, well, We did, canceled our accounts for this. This game is entirely different, no level grind at all. Your levels will come without putting tons of effort into the game like WoW required you to do.

That statement is probably the best explanation of Guild Wars leveling. Take the time to enjoy the missions, quests and storyline and the levels will come. I dont think many other games, if any, can say that and be more true.
